I would also have mine to revise, but I'm going somewhere else.

L’orologio è stato completamente revisionato, lucidato e presentato in un elegante custodia e non ritarda più come prima. Attendo inoltre da tempo di ricevere un orologio per cui sono in lista e il personale è sempre cortese ed onesto nel comunicare lo stato della consegna. Non vedo l'ora di ricevere il mio orologio! Però nel frattempo mi godo il mio appena rientrato dalla revisione. Alberto P. Professional and serious. I went for an overhaul of my Rolex and was impressed with the end result. The watch has been completely overhauled, polished and presented in an elegant case and no longer delays as before. I have also been waiting for a long time to receive a watch for which I am on the list and the staff are always courteous and honest in communicating the status of the delivery. Can't wait to get my watch! But in the meantime, I'm enjoying mine just back from review. Alberto P.

It was one of those days when you don't dress up and are walking and you see a watch in a window that been on your must have list. So I go in and ask, in english, if the watch in the window is for sale. I know rolex dealers are picky on who they sell too. I have a submariner, I get it. This gentleman, was so standoffish and unhelpful, even after I said I understand how the system can work... but zero personality, zero helpfulness, zero effort to even talk to me, even though I know all about the item. Maybe he should of asked me more... even though I didnt have a watch on about things... I never said anything about what I could buy.. and it was anything they had. So customer service matters. Even in Italy, even with a guy in a t-shirt and shorts. ??‍♂️
