Peccato che non abbiano specificato che i prezzi erano differenti dal sito! Nemmeno quando sono entrata in negozio hanno detto nulla! Dopo aver stampato 5 foto mi hanno emesso un scontrino da 7€! Vergogna! Poca trasparenza e cari come il fuoco! Non ci andrò mai più! Replica alla risposta seguente del negozio: Le informazioni sui costi me le avete date dopo aver stampato le foto, che per correttezza vi ho pagato. Se non fossi stata corretta, ve le avrei lasciate lì. Da parte vostra se foste stati corretti, avreste dovuto dire i costi al cliente, soprattutto se nuovo. Spero accettiate i feedback onesti, pur negativi perché risorsa per voi preziosa per migliorare. Bad experience: I called in the morning asking if it was possible to have photos printed and collected in the shop, they confirmed this by saying that it was enough to go to the shop in the afternoon by sending the photos by email. Too bad they didn't specify that the prices were different from the site! Even when I walked into the shop they didn't say anything! After printing 5 photos, they issued me a receipt for € 7! Shame!
