R	Rosalba Palombini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei migliori ristoranti in zona picena a mio parere, dove gustare non solo un'ottima pizza che poco ha da invidiare a quella napoletana, ma anche una carne superlativa (filetto, tagliata, arrosticini da leccarsi i baffi). Il tutto in un bel casolare in collina, con ampi spazi all'aperto molto curati; passare qui una sera d'estate è piacevolissimo. Ottimo anche il servizio! One of the best restaurants in the Picena area in my opinion, where you can enjoy not only an excellent pizza that has little to envy to the Neapolitan one, but also a superlative meat (fillet, cut, mouth-watering kebabs). All in a beautiful farmhouse in the hills, with large well-kept open spaces; spending a summer evening here is very pleasant. Excellent service too!

Anche sul resto del menu posso spendere solo parole di lode, la carne è eccezionale, il luogo incantevole e merita almeno una visita se si viene in provincia di Ascoli. ECCEZIONALE As a bell I can say that the pizza you eat here has nothing to envy to those of my land. Even on the rest of the menu I can only say words of praise, the meat is exceptional, the place is enchanting and deserves at least a visit if you come to the province of Ascoli. EXCEPTIONAL

Ho mangiato pizza, è alla napoletana che non preferisco, ma la qualità è alta! Forse un po' più di attenzione nella cottura che era a mio parere leggermente mancante. L'ho sentito nella salsa di pomodoro! La scelta dei tipi di pizza è classica per le rosse, invece ampia e particolare per le bianche! I prezzi sono nella norma per le classiche e non alti per le farciture piu particolari! I ate pizza, it's the Neapolitan style that I don't prefer, but the quality is high! Perhaps a little more attention in cooking which was in my opinion slightly missing. I heard it in the tomato sauce! The choice of types of pizza is classic for the red ones, while wide and particular for the white ones! The prices are in the norm for the classic ones and not high for the more particular fillings!

Agnolotti davvero buoni, arrivando da mia mamma piemontese, all'interno di questo locale siamo riusciti a trovare gli stessi sapori tipici del Piemonte, accompagnati da un tartufo a dir poco delizioso. Parliamo della tagliata? Forse troppo poco cotta rispetto alla cottura media che abbiamo chiesto ma comunque di una squisitezza dove solo in poche cucine si riesce a trovare, accompagnata da una fonduta al gorgonzola e noci, devo dire che lo chef ha saputo davvero tirare fuori il meglio di sé con un sinfonia di sapori davvero sublimi. Davvero un bellissimo posto, con un impiattamento e una freschezza delle materie prime di tutto rispetto. Gli antipasti della casa forse conviene aumentarli leggermente nella quantità perché prendendone uno da dividere in due era troppo poco, ma se ne avessimo presi due sarebbero stati eccessivi. Ad ogni modo, anch'essi deliziosi e vale la pena provarli, specialmente per il miele in accompagnamento con i formaggi, complimenti allo staff sia di sala che di cucina che ha saputo accoglierci con professionalità e velocità ad ogni portata. Torneremo sicuramente!!! Exceptional! We went to this restaurant given the positive reviews. Both my wife and I were amazed. Really good agnolotti, coming from my Piedmontese mother, in this place we were able to find the same typical flavors of Piedmont, accompanied by a truffle that is nothing short of delicious. Let's talk about the cut? Perhaps too undercooked compared to the medium cooking we asked for but in any case of a delicacy where only in a few kitchens you can find, accompanied by a fondue with gorgonzola and walnuts, I must say that the chef has really been able to bring out the best of himself with a symphony of truly sublime flavors. Really a beautiful place, with a dish and a freshness of the raw materials of all respect. The appetizers of the house perhaps it is better to slightly increase them in quantity because taking one to divide in two was too little, but if we had taken two they would have been excessive. In any case, they are also delicious and worth trying them, especially for the honey accompanied with cheeses, congratulations to the staff both in the dining room and in the kitchen who were able to welcome us with professionalism and speed at every course.
