Dopo aver incaricato un geometra, dopo alcuni appuntamenti in vs sede, dopo aver realizzato ex novo documentazione a riguardo, dopo l'invio delle stesse via pec, ancora non mi è stata data nessuna risposta. Mi chiedo cosa debba fare un contribuente per avere la vostra attenzione. Mi chiedo allo stesso tempo come sia possibile che per avere la possibilità di aderire a un servizio idrico a pagamento in un comunissimo condominio sia necessaria una trafila burocratica come questa. In tanti anni di cooperazione con gli uffici statali in genere non ero mai arrivato ad un tale stato di frustrazione. Se nel mio lavoro non adempio ai miei obblighi, non solo non percepisco lo stipendio, ma posso avere pure ripercussioni legali. Il vostro è un servizio importante e in quanto tale dovrebbe essere gestito in maniera professionale. Tra perdite d'acqua e mancate consegne delle bollette, o peggio ancora, accavallamento di bollette post voltura, in breve, per me è stato un macello! Qui però ho SEMPRE trovato personale preparato, disponibile e paziente, le CINQUE STELLE vanno sicuramente date per l'OTTIMO front line.
