★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola attuazione della Milano-Domodossola, con sala d'aspetto riscaldata, bagno e sottopassaggio. Purtroppo andrebbe fatta manutenzione straordinaria sul parcheggio e su alcuni particolari sciocchi ma che migliorerebbero notevolmente la fruizione.
Small implementation of the Milan-Domodossola, with heated waiting room, bathroom and underpass. Unfortunately, extraordinary maintenance should be done on the parking lot and on some silly details that would significantly improve the use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala d'aspetto chiusa, timbratrice assente, zero panchine, zero biglietti, neanche una tettoia per ripararsi dalla pioggia, nessun essere umano, nessun orario o informazione. Meno di cosi' non ambirebbe neanche a chiamarsi una stazione.
Closed waiting room, no stamping machine, zero benches, zero tickets, not even a canopy to shelter from the rain, no human beings, no timetables or information. Less than that would not even aspire to call itself a station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stazione Vergiate si trova sulla linea ferroviaria che da Milano porta Garibaldi o Milano centrale portano a Domodossola. La cittadina dista meno di 10 minuti a piedi e la zona commerciale meno di 15 min.
Vergiate station is located on the railway line that leads from Milan Porta Garibaldi or Milano Centrale to Domodossola. The town is less than 10 minutes on foot and the shopping area less than 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico "comfort" presente è una piccola sala d'attesa. Non c'è una biglietteria né le emettitrici automatiche quindi è impossibile comprare biglietti in stazione (è necessario acquistarli in anticipo nei bar del centro, a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione). Non ci sono tabelloni e le uniche informazioni per eventuali ritardi/modifiche alla circolazione sono comunicati dall'altoparlante.
Non c'è nemmeno una pensilina per riparare dalla pioggia. C'è un sottopassaggio senza ascensore, quindi impraticabile per chi ha difficoltà motorie.
The only "comfort" present is a small waiting room. There is no ticket office or vending machines so it is impossible to buy tickets at the station (you need to buy them in advance in the bars in the center, a 10-minute walk from the station). There are no scoreboards and the only information for any delays / changes in circulation are communicated by the loudspeaker.
There is not even a shelter to shelter from the rain. There is an underpass without a lift, therefore impractical for those with walking difficulties.
