Il negozio si trova sul Corso Durante di Frattamaggiore ed ha una vetrina molto bella, ma il personale è estremamente maleducato.Mi sono recata al negozio per vedere alcuni capi d'abbigliamento, in particolare la mia attenzione è stata attirata da un camicia di un noto brand dal costo di 160 euro.Mi sono soffermata a guardare la sua composizione, ma il proprietario si è avvicinato e con modi bruschi mi ha tolto la camicia di mano e mi ha detto che non era possibile prendere visione della composizione e del materiale. A questo punto mi chiedo se essere un consumatore consapevole sia una colpa? E se vale la pena fare acquisti in un negozio che non mette a proprio agio il cliente.
An extremely negative buying experience. I strongly advise against it. The shop is located on Corso Durante in Frattamaggiore and has a very nice showcase, but the staff is extremely rude. I went to the store to see some clothing, in particular my attention was drawn to a shirt of a well-known brand from the cost of 160 euros. I stopped to look at its composition, but the owner approached and with brusque ways took my shirt off his hand and told me that it was not possible to see the composition and the material. At this point I wonder if being a conscious consumer is a fault? And if it's worth shopping in a store that doesn't put the customer at ease.
