L	Laura Trapani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piatti tradizionali e tradizionali ma reinterpretati in chiave più moderna a prezzi davvero contenuti. Personalmente ho trovato quello che ho mangiato buono ma non speciale, sicuramente dalle parole "osteria" e "contadina" mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso, ho pure qualche dubbio sul "km 0" o artigianalità degli ingredienti del tagliere misto. Quattro stelle comunque per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo e per la simpatia. Traditional and traditional dishes but reinterpreted in a more modern way at very low prices. Personally I found what I ate good but not special, certainly from the words "tavern" and "peasant" I was expecting something different, I also have some doubts about the "0 km" or craftsmanship of the ingredients of the mixed platter. Four stars, however, for the good value for money and for the friendliness.

Fare il fotografo sin dal 1984 mi ha permesso di conoscere ristoranti con tutto il divario stellare che li qualifica e non mi é difficile giudicare con 5 stelle questo ristorante. Al Verdenero la prima impressione é di trovarsi in un'altra epoca, ambiente caldo accogliente con personale cordiale e familiare. Una ricca e ricercata esposizione di vini e liquori fanno parte della tappezzeria con amari particolari che provengono tanto dalle alpi che dal meridione. Una volta seduti, con un po' di fantasia, si riescono ad immaginare personaggi come Gino Bramieri, Piero Mazzarella e Giorgio Gaber seduti ad uno dei bellissimi tavoli in legno con il piano di marmo di quell'epoca. Una lode particolare va' al cuoco che abbina sapientemente la genuinità e la qualità degli ingredienti. Mi sono promesso di venirci la sera o la domenica per gustare il menù alla carta anche se devo fare un lungo tragitto per arrivarci e aggiornerò, di certo con piacere, il commento. Se vi trovate in zona fermatevi e buon appetito. For a few days I have been passing through this area and, after having tried it, it has become a fixed stop for a business lunch. Being a photographer since 1984 has allowed me to know restaurants with all the stellar gap that qualifies them and it is not difficult for me to judge this restaurant with 5 stars. At the Verdenero the first impression is of being in another era, a warm welcoming environment with friendly and familiar staff. A rich and refined display of wines and spirits are part of the tapestry with particular bitters that come from both the Alps and the south. Once seated, with a little imagination, you can imagine characters like Gino Bramieri, Piero Mazzarella and Giorgio Gaber sitting at one of the beautiful wooden tables with a marble top from that era. Particular praise goes to the cook who wisely combines the genuineness and quality of the ingredients. I promised myself to come in the evening or on Sunday to enjoy the à la carte menu even if I have to travel a long way to get there and I will update the comment, certainly with pleasure. If you are in the area, stop and enjoy your meal.
