Sales expertise. Everything else disastrous. Three years after the shameful installation we are still in oblivion left to ourselves.

Mi hanno fatto pagare la pratica ma niente incentivo ! Ho la stufa da un anno e va in blocco una volta al giorno . Oggi l’assistenza mi ha cambiato la candeletta dicendo che non era in garanzia ( 140 euro ). I tecnici di Verde e Fumo durante l’installazione mi hanno tagliato i tubi del gas mai riparati . Purtroppo sono furbi ...si fanno pagare in anticipo . Alla larga !!!! I bought an Ungaro pellet stove from Verde and Fumo, enticed by the incentive they promised and written I would have received. Today the assistance changed my glow plug saying that it was not under warranty (140 euros). During the installation, Verde and Smoke technicians cut the ever repaired gas pipes. Da evidenziare inoltre la disponibilitá del personale anche appena dopo l orario di chiusura !! Disonesti e approfittatori con gente anziana!
