Abbiamo ordinato le porte a marzo di quest’anno, la consegna avrebbe dovuto essere dopo 40 gg lavorativi. Sono arrivate dopo 6 mesi e nessuno si é preoccupato di avvisarci di eventuali disguidi che avrebbero potuto motivare un tale ritardo. Ma non é tutto: durante la posa delle porte, purtroppo, si é scheggiato un vetro. Ci viene assicurato che entro 10 gg (il tempo materiale per fare arrivare il vetro) sarebbero venuti a sostituirlo. Questo avveniva il 3 settembre, oggi siamo al 19 novembre e stiamo ancora aspettando che vengano a sostituirlo. Ovviamente, ancora una volta, nessuno si é degnato di comunicarci il motivo di un tale ritardo. Dimenticavo di dire che una delle due porte arrivate é diversa da quella che avevamo ordinato e quando abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti ci hanno dato una serie di giustificazioni assurde. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Absolutely negative judgment. I gave it a star because it is the minimum allowed. We ordered the doors in March of this year, delivery should have been after 40 working days. They arrived after 6 months and no one bothered to notify us of any misunderstandings that could have motivated such a delay. But that's not all: unfortunately a glass was chipped during the installation of the doors. We are assured that within 10 days (the material time for the glass to arrive) they would come to replace it. This happened on September 3, today we are on November 19 and we are still waiting for them to come and replace it. Obviously, once again, no one has deigned to tell us the reason for such a delay. I forgot to say that one of the two doors arrived is different from the one we had ordered and when we asked for clarification they gave us a series of absurd justifications. Absolutely not recommended.
