L'agente che mi ha fatto vedere un appartamento ad Arcisate, una sera alle 20.30 mi chiama se ero seriamente interessato visto che ero stato il primo a visionare la casa, la notte ci penso e il sabato alle 7 gli mando conferma che prendo l'appartamento, alle 9 lo chiamo ma nessuno mi risponde, durante la giornata del sabato gli scrivo come dovevamo procedete ma risponde che si sarebbe fatto sentire in giornata, cosa che non è mai avvenuta. La domenica scrivo nel tardo pomeriggio ma non ottengo risposta. Il lunedì alle 9 chiamo l'agente sul cellulare ma nulla, allora chiamo un agenzia dove la segretaria mi dice che si sarebbe informata. Da lì a 15 minuti circa la segreteria mi richiama dicendomi che l'appartamento l'avevano dato ad un'altra famiglia, e li chiedo spiegazioni perché l'agente non mi avrebbe chiamato venerdì alle 20.30 per sapere se volevo la casa e affermando che avevo la priorità, quando ho detto che mia figlia alla notizia ci era rimasta male mi hanno detto che non ci potevano fare nulla. Purtroppo devo constatare poca professionalità e serietà anche per altro perché l'agente non ha avuto le palle (scusate) di chiamarmi. Agenzia SCONSIGLIATA Unfortunately I have to do a bad review. The agent who showed me an apartment in Arcisate, one evening at 20.30 calls me if I was seriously interested since I was the first to view the house, at night I think about it and on Saturday at 7 I send him confirmation that I am taking the apartment, at 9 I call him but no one answers me, on Saturday I write him how we should proceed but he replies that he would be heard during the day, which never happened. On Sundays I write in the late afternoon but I get no answer. On Mondays at 9 I call the agent on the cell phone but nothing, then I call an agency where the secretary tells me she would be informed. In about 15 minutes the secretary calls me back telling me that the apartment was given to another family, and I ask them for an explanation why the agent would not have called me on Friday at 20.30 to find out if I wanted the house and stating that I had the priority, when I said that my daughter at the news was upset they told me that there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately I have to note a lack of professionalism and seriousness also for another reason because the agent did not have the balls (sorry) to call me. Agency NOT RECOMMENDED
