★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo abbiamo ordinato alle 18.45 per consegna lle 20.00 e dopo due solleciti alle 20.30 e alle 21.00 si sono presentati alle 21.30, senza neanche avvisare!!! Mai più ordini a chi non rispetta il cliente!!
 Bad service we ordered at 18.45 for delivery at 20.00 and after two reminders at 20.30 and at 21.00 they showed up at 21.30, without even warning !!! No more orders to those who do not respect the customer !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza è da 5 stelle, buonissima come piace a me, probabilmente la migliore pizzeria di Casalpusterlengo ma la nota dolente sono le consegne..ultimamente sempre in ritardo..servizio consegne a domicilio da migliorare.
The pizza is 5 stars, very good as I like it, probably the best pizzeria in Casalpusterlengo but the sore point is the deliveries .. lately always late .. home delivery service to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutte le volte è la solita storia....mi dicono loro un orario ma poi la pizza(calda) arriva quasi sempre dai 30 ai 45 minuti di ritardo.Mi dispiace perché ritengo che sia la pizza migliore di Casale ma per il servizio posso dare solo massimo 3 stelle.
Every time it's the same story .... they tell me a time but then the (hot) pizza almost always arrives 30 to 45 minutes late.I'm sorry because I think it's the best pizza in Casale but for the service I can give only maximum 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 sabati consecutivi, ordino delle pizze alle 18.30 con consegna prevista alle 20. Per ben due volte hanno ritardato di un'ora. Pizza buona ma servizio pessimo.
2 consecutive Saturdays, I order pizzas at 6.30 pm with delivery scheduled at 8 pm. Twice they have been delayed by an hour. Good pizza but bad service.

Alle ore 19.00 prenoto 3 pizze con consegna a domicilio, prevista per le 20.30.
Alle ore 21.00 telefono per saper perché le pizze non siano ancora arrivate. Mi dicono che sono pronte e me le portano subito.
Alle 21.30 le pizze ancora non si vedono e telefono nuovamente...Farfugliano qualcosa e mi rispondono che non trovano più il biglietto e manco si scusano.
Al che, infastidito, disdico la prenotazione.
La recensione è solo per il pessimo servizio, perché la pizza ahimè non posso valutarla...
Saturday 10/04/2021.
At 19.00 I book 3 pizzas with home delivery, scheduled for 20.30.
At 9.00 pm I call to find out why the pizzas have not yet arrived. They tell me they are ready and they bring them to me right away.
At 9.30 pm the pizzas are still not seen and I call again ... They mutter something and tell me that they no longer find the ticket and even apologize.
At which, annoyed, I cancel the reservation.
The review is only for the bad service, because the pizza alas I can not rate it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza è molto buona, qualsiasi gusto si scelga, il problema fondamentale è il servizio, ogni volta che ordino il ritardo minimo è di 15 minuti nei giorni feriali per arrivare a 30/40 minuti nel weekend.. la cosa positiva al di là del ritardo è che per lo meno le pizze arrivano calde!! 2 stelle per il servizio
se dovessi valutare la pizza darei 5 stelle
The pizza is very good, whatever taste you choose, the fundamental problem is the service, every time I order the minimum delay is 15 minutes on weekdays to get to 30/40 minutes on the weekend .. the positive thing beyond the delay is that at least the pizzas arrive hot !! 2 stars for the service
if i had to evaluate the pizza i would give it 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte 40 min di ritardo, la pizza è arrivata fredda ghiacciata e onestamente tutto bordo... a conti fatti ho mangiato del "pane" freddo e mezzo carbonizzato..peccato perché era la prima volta che ordinavo in questo posto e sicuramente sarà anche l'ultima.
Apart from 40 min late, the pizza arrived icy cold and honestly all on board ... on balance I ate some cold and half charred "bread" .. shame because it was the first time I was ordering in this place and surely it will be too the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza sarebbe anche da 3 stelle, piena sufficienza, a pranzo per il rapporto qualità prezzo sarebbero anche 3 stelle e mezzo, inqualificabile però che per ben tre volte, con più telefonate , e anche messaggi WhatsApp, nessuno risponda alle telefonate, e non si degni nemmeno di richiamare... da cliente regolare sono passato ad altra pizzeria, un po'più cara, ma pronta a risponderti
