★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli anni precedenti mi ero rifornito qui diverse volte, avendo fatto tutta la cucina ed il soggiorno con piani in granito, più altri lavori successivi, ma nonostante ciò di recente ho ricevuto solo risposte scocciate e sbrigative, nonché incapacità di risposta in merito ad eventuali tempi di fornitura (neanche approssimativi). Tutto ciò vanifica l'eventuale precisione di realizzazione e fornitura, in merito alle quali (precedenti) a livello tecnico non vi era nulla da obiettare.
Per di più, essendo trascorse quasi due settimane senza risposta, nonostante avessi segnalato necessità di conoscere i tempi per potermi organizzare, per mera correttezza ho comunicato la revoca di qualsiasi
incarico (comunque mai sottoscritto) ricevendo come controrisposta (stavolta molto sollecita) assurde scuse in merito a presunte modifiche di progetto (inesistenti, si parla poi di un semplice lavabo in appoggio) nonchè derivante necessità di riformulare a rialzo il precedente "preventivo", già assolutamente in linea col prodotto. Grossa delusione. Visto l'atteggiamento consiglio di rivolgersi altrove.
In previous years I had stocked up here several times, having done all the kitchen and living room with granite countertops, plus other subsequent works, but despite this recently I have received only annoyed and hasty answers, as well as inability to respond regarding any times supply (not even approximate). All this nullifies the possible precision of construction and supply, regarding which (previous) at a technical level there was nothing to object.
Moreover, having passed almost two weeks without an answer, despite having reported the need to know the times in order to be able to organize myself, for mere fairness I have communicated the revocation of any
assignment (however never signed) receiving as a counter-response (this time very prompt) absurd apologies regarding alleged project changes (non-existent, we then speak of a simple countertop washbasin) as well as resulting need to reformulate the previous "estimate" upwards, already absolutely in line with the product. Big disappointment. Given the attitude I recommend to go elsewhere.
