Se hai bisogno di un'impegnativa te la fanno avere anche tramite email per quello ma e' diventato troppo difficile contattare il proprio medico di base, linee di telefono sempre occupate. E quindi bisogna rivolgersi quasi sempre a un suo sostituto che a mio avviso e' una persona scortese e poco attenta, e quindi ho deciso cambiare medico di base. Speriamo bene. The service doesn't seem the best to me. They should try to organize themselves better with shifts. If you need a referral they also send it to you by email for that but it has become too difficult to contact your GP, telephone lines always busy. And therefore you must almost always turn to a substitute who in my opinion is a rude and not very careful person, and therefore I decided to change general practitioner. We hope well.
