★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di consegna non rispettati. Poca professionalità e tanta tanta arroganza. In qualche caso quando si sbaglia, ci si organizza male coi tempi di consegna o si hanno problemi basterebbe ammettere l'errore (son cose che possono capitare in fondo), invece chi gestisce questa attività commerciale da quel che ho visto preferisce negare pure l'evidenza, combina un disastro dietro l'altro e per la tracotanza di chi gestisce il tutto non porge nemmeno le scuse al cliente alla fine.
Maleducazione, poca puntualità e poca cura... Bocciati!
 Delivery times not respected. Little professionalism and a lot of arrogance. In some cases when you make a mistake, you organize badly with delivery times or you have problems it would be enough to admit the mistake (these are things that can happen after all), instead those who manage this business from what I have seen prefer to deny as well the evidence, combines one disaster after another and due to the arrogance of those who manage it all does not even offer an apology to the customer at the end.
Rudeness, little punctuality and little care ... Fail!

Cercavo solamente i confetti e dopo aver consultato il loro sito ho deciso di andare in sede per poterli assaggiare: una delizia confetti esclusivi, fatti a mano da loro in modo artigianale.
Che dire ?
Un vero fiore all'occhiello dell'artigianato palermitano.
Consigliatissimo.

New location in via XX Settembre, Mr. Veniero welcomed me, a person with many years of experience, friendly and polite.
I was only looking for sugared almonds and after consulting their website I decided to go to the office to be able to taste them: an exclusive delight, handmade by them in an artisanal way.
What to say ?
A real flagship of Palermo craftsmanship.
