C	Camarillo Brillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al secondo appuntamento per lo stesso immobile la signora Venditti si degna di darci ulteriori informazioni che ne ribaltano, in peggio, la valutazione; erano chiari segni di insofferenza nei nostri confronti durante l'appuntamento; i commenti sul fatto che avremmo dovuto chiedere un mutuo non sono stati affatto graditi; ci siamo sentiti giudicati per le apparenze. Forse le nostre biciclette non sono abbastanza rispetto alla sua vistosa Jeep. Forse non le hanno insegnato che solo lo stolto giudica il libro dalla copertina. On the second appointment for the same property, Mrs. Venditti deigns to give us further information which, for the worse, overturns the evaluation; they were clear signs of intolerance towards us during the appointment; comments that we should have asked for a mortgage were not welcome at all; we felt judged by appearances. Maybe our bikes aren't enough compared to your flashy Jeep. Maybe they didn't teach you that only a fool judges the book by its cover.

And yet the agent said we are crazy for asking for such a information. We pay 3% for the agent fee + IVA, in total we paid about 6000 Euro. And we also found out that the owner of the house is only paying 2000 Euro for the mediation.
