β β β β β Very tasty ice cream, but VERY poor service specifically at this point of sale. At the beginning, we waited 10 minutes while the seller just chatted with some acquaintance away from the ticket office and dismissed us. Then finally she came, we asked for a small cone of ice cream, and asked to pour chocolate inside. She pierced the check - just a cone, without liquid chocolate. We asked again, she punched a new check, a separate 70cent for liquid chocolate, took the money, and ... STILL DIDN'T ADD THE CHOCOLATE IN CONE. But we discovered this when we were alredy far away(

β β β β β Horrible place! Sales lady was informed that the child has chocolate and nuts allergy and she just wants milk and lemon flavour in a cup She put it with a dirty with chocolate spoon, baby cried. She said that if she has allergy she shouldn't eat ice-cream

β β β β β Just the same as other Venchi stores: very expensive, at least their chocolate is great. Moreover they are one of the few places in the airport with sockets for charging your phone so it was a good deal to order something here despite the prices. It's only a pity the area reserved for customers (that with the sockets) was nearly full of people who weren't actually eating something at Venchi, so maybe a little more control would be advised, cause I found only a free socket and was lucky, moreover O was the only one who ordered something and I do not think it's something fair.

β β β β β Definitely one of the best ice-cream that I've ever had. Do not hesitate and take bigger scone straight away! While you watch scone will be dipped in hot chocolate and sprinkled with peanuts ? ???
The bigger scone fits up four tastes. I tried eight so far and every single one was exceptional. Place worth a sin and remember! Calories don't count while on holidays. ? These two from my pic were β¬14.
BTW. I've red about poor service from some girls but in the middle of March 2019 there was tall, slim man - Nice, polite and he really seemed to know what he was doing. Overall 5 out of 5 stars! ?
