Tra un po', l'aggregazione sarà universale, in cui ognuno è benvenuto, coinvolto e accompagnato in un percorso sportivo e di crescita personale, a prescindere dalle proprie abilità fisiche complete o residue che puramente sportive. C'è del lavoro da fare, su una struttura validissima, nonostante la sua apparenza le occorre solo un piccolo maquillage, un piccolo investimento di ristrutturazione, mi verrebbe da dire ci vorrebbe una persona di buona volontà. E se i velodromi e le altre strutture diventassero un po come gli stadi del calcio? Che in ogni comune ce n'è almeno uno? Più strutture differenti ci sono e più opportunità da cogliere si riescono a creare, così che la differenzizione dell'offerta sportiva, potrebbe portare anche quelle ragazze e quei ragazzi, a rifare la cosa che li divertiva tanto da piccoli, ANDARE IN BICI. Li divertiva anche dopo un pianto, e soprattutto gli insegnava la vita in quel sorriso dopo essersi rialzati dalla caduta... pare strano, perchè forse non ci pensiamo mai, ma quasi tutti nella vita abbiamo avuto una bicicletta nella nostra infanzia. Che fine ha fatto quel sorriso, dove lo abbiamo sepolto? W LO SPORT - W IL CICLISMO ????
