Oggi vediamo che l'annuncio e' sparito, forse hanno gia' trovato un affittuario, pero' la loro mancata solerzia nel rispondere ci ha fatto perdere un occasione che aspettavamo da tempo. Speriamo di trovare piu' serieta' in un altra agenzia...saluti Marina e Riccardo I contacted this agency via the immobiliare.it format over a week ago for information on a rental property. my husband and I waited and never got a response. E' stata una trattativa difficile, sotto tanti punti di vista, ma portata avanti con una professionalità ineguagliabile. Non solo, sono stati disponibili a seguirmi anche nelle fasi successive, soprattutto nella ristrutturazione, quando ormai il loro lavoro era finito. Sempre disponibili, sempre gentili. Magari tutte le agenzie lavorassero così, purtroppo veniamo da due esperienze precedenti negative, sembra che il focus della loro professione sia soltanto quello di ottenere un incarico in esclusiva e vendere, vendere, vendere. Grazie ragazzi perchè voi rispecchiate invece la professionalità e si vede che avete a cuore la persona. Era diventata ormai una situazione fastidiosa perchè le nostre esigenze, in quanto famiglia, erano cambiate ma non eravamo ancora riusciti a cambiare casa. Abbiamo apprezzato la loro sincerità, hanno fatto una valutazione da subito diversa rispetto alle altre agenzie dimostrando che non erano interessati soltanto ad ottenere l'esclusività sulla vendita ma di fare un lavoro ben fatto ed aiutarci a cambiare la nostra situazione. Sicuramente per aver dimostrato chiarezza e pragmatismo abbiamo scelto di fidarci. Abbiamo seguito i loro consigli e in tre mesi siamo riusciti a cambiare casa. Dopo due anni di tentativi con più agenzie! Davvero grazie Luca e Paolo, grazie! Thanks to Veglia Immobiliare we sold our house in Mondovì, we had been trying to sell it for years. It had now become an annoying situation because our needs, as a family, had changed but we had not yet been able to move home. We appreciated their sincerity, they immediately made a different assessment than the other agencies, showing that they were not only interested in obtaining exclusivity on the sale but to do a job well done and help us change our situation. Surely for having shown clarity and pragmatism we have chosen to trust. We followed their advice and in three months we were able to move house. After two years of trying with multiple agencies!
