Il risultato è apprezzabile ed i prezzi sono accettabili, l'organizzazione è a metà strada tra il self service ed il ristorante tradizionale. Ambiente abbastanza accogliente, ma forse un po' troppo vasto per il flusso di clienti. This is exactly what it claims to be: the restaurant of a Bolognese cooking school, where apprentices cooks work. The result is appreciable and the prices are acceptable, the organization is halfway between the self service and the traditional restaurant. Environment quite welcoming, but perhaps a bit too large for the flow of customers.

Un mondo di tradizione e sapere che ti avvolgono subito a braccia aperte con un sorriso solare (anche se nascosto dalle mascherine). Fare il corso di sfoglia qui alla Vsb non è una semplice lezione ma è un'esperienza che ti resta nel cuore: la saggezza della Spisni, la simpatia della Stefania e la pazienza di Roberto combinate alla professionalità di ciascuno di essi sono gli ingredienti che li contraddistinguono. Per imparare non basta avere solo uova e farina, ma insegnanti come loro pronti a dare consigli e a spiegare ogni singolo procedimento con chiarezza. È un mondo così bello e divertente che ci tornerò appena possibile! Un saluto affettuoso dalla vostra allieva. The front door opens and you enter another world. A world of tradition and knowing that they immediately embrace you with open arms with a sunny smile (even if hidden by masks). Taking the pastry course here at Vsb is not a simple lesson but an experience that remains in your heart: the wisdom of Spisni, the friendliness of Stefania and the patience of Roberto combined with the professionalism of each of them are the ingredients that distinguish. To learn, it is not enough to have only eggs and flour, but teachers like them ready to give advice and to explain each single procedure clearly. It's such a beautiful and fun world that I'll be back as soon as possible! An affectionate greeting from your student.

Ho fatto una lezione di sfoglia fantastica, organizzata benissimo, spiegata con grandissima capacità e leggerezza che per me è un valore aggiunto. Da provare almeno una volta per la bellissima atmosfera di casa e tradizione che si respira. Dovrebbe essere patrimonio nazionale da salvaguardare. A wonderful place. I had a fantastic pastry lesson, very well organized, explained with great ability and lightness which for me is an added value. To try at least once for the beautiful atmosphere of home and tradition that you breathe. It should be a national heritage to be safeguarded.
G	Giorgia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io mi sono trovata bene.Il cibo è buono,da gusti decisi e importanti (le persone con me hanno detto troppo salato ma io mangio salato ?) e il personale è super gentile!Ahimè i prezzi sono altini...non tanto per i primi,perché 8 euro è un prezzo abitudinario a Bologna,ma per il vino (solo bottiglie e minimo 10 euro,se non vi accontentate del bicchiere da 2.50)...cmq da provare! I found myself well.The food is good, with strong and important tastes (the people with me said it was too salty but I eat salty ?) and the staff is super nice! Alas the prices are high ... not so much for the first, because 8 euros is a customary price in Bologna, but for wine (only bottles and minimum 10 euros, if you don't settle for a 2.50 glass) ... anyway try it!
