Antipasto purea di fave, primo spaghetti alla carbonara di zucchine fiori di zucca e frutta.

Complimenti per la presentazione dei piatti...e per la quantità! Solo grazie a quella non sono riuscita a provare i dolci, ma la tentazione era tanta. Cenato con" Purea di fave secche con cicoria risaltata all'aglio e peperoncino con crostoni di pane", a seguire "Orecchiette con braciole di carne di manzo della valle d'Otranto con ricotta ascant e salsa del sole di Puglia". Locale consigliatissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci rivedremo presto. ...e con la prova dei dolci sarò pronta a mettere le 5 stelle.
Congratulations. Congratulations for the refined intimacy of the place, for the welcome, for the care and respect for the Apulian tradition. Congratulations for the presentation of the dishes ... and for the quantity! Only thanks to that I was not able to try the desserts, but the temptation was great. Dinner with "Purée of dried broad beans with chicory enhanced with garlic and chilli pepper with toasted bread", followed by "Orecchiette with beef chops from the Otranto valley with ricotta ascant and sauce from the sun of Puglia". Local highly recommended. Excellent value for money. We will meet again soon. ... and with the test of the desserts I will be ready to put the 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every thing was extremly good. The spaghetti were not on the menu, but the chef was so kind and made us the perfect mixture of frutti di mare and spaghetti. The dessert was also excelent! I warmly recommend this restaurant!
