P	Paolo Costantino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio: chiamata 50 Euro per nulla, non avevano nè pezzi di ricambio nè una semplice cassetta degli attrezzi dicendo che sarebbero dovute esser cambiate due valvole e che i 50 Euro della chiamata sarebbero stati scalati la volta successiva con l'intervento. Dopo 6 giorni dalla prima chiamata e dopo 4 giorni dal sopralluogo, viene un tecnico che cambia una valvola (con la sola manopola spanata, ma ha deciso di cambiare tutto) e dice che la seconda non è in grado di cambiarla. Pagati altri 80 Euro (oltre ai 50 Euro di chiamata della volta precedente non scalati) ed il problema non è stato risolto, infatti la caldaia perde ancora. Per concludere: servizio pessimo, disonestà allo stato totale, pessima reattività (se chiamo è per emergenza, non si possono attendere 6 giorni per un intervento), scarsa professionalità e, probabilmente, scarse competenze. Bad service: called 50 Euros for nothing, they had neither spare parts nor a simple toolbox saying that two valves should have been changed and that the 50 Euros of the call would have been deducted the next time with the intervention. After 6 days from the first call and 4 days after the inspection, a technician comes and changes a valve (with only the knob stripped, but he has decided to change everything) and says that the second is not able to change it. Paid another 80 Euro (in addition to the 50 Euro call of the previous time not scaled) and the problem has not been solved, in fact the boiler is still leaking. To conclude: bad service, total dishonesty, bad reactivity (if I call it is an emergency, you can't wait 6 days for an intervention), lack of professionalism and, probably, poor skills.

Sabato mattina (13 febbraio) li chiamo per un'emergenza riguardante la caldaia Vaillant ecoTEC plus che ho in un alloggio al piano superiore, chiedendo di parlare un minuto con il tecnico per risolvere un'emergenza dato che in casa c'erano pochi grandi e fuori -3C. La segretaria mi ha detto che non trattandosi della caldaia su cui loro fanno manutenzione, non poteva farmi parlare con il tecnico. Ho cercato di far capire che era un'emergenza in quanto di sabato l'altra assistenza non era reperibile ed in qualità di cliente, seppur con l'altra caldaia, chiedevo di parlare 1 minuto con il tecnico. Niente. Ho risolto grazie all'aiuto telefonico di un tecnico gentile e soprattutto UMANO. Sono stra soddisfatto delle mie caldaie Vaillant ma MAI più mi affiderò a loro. Saturday morning (February 13) I call them for an emergency regarding the Vaillant ecoTEC plus boiler that I have in an upstairs accommodation, asking to speak for a minute with the technician to solve an emergency as there were few large and out -3 C. The secretary told me that since it wasn't the boiler they do maintenance on, she couldn't let me talk to the technician. I tried to make it clear that it was an emergency as on Saturday the other assistance was not available and as a customer, albeit with the other boiler, I asked to speak for 1 minute with the technician. Anything. I solved it thanks to the telephone help of a kind and above all HUMAN technician. I am very satisfied with my Vaillant boilers but I will NEVER trust them again.
