★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se da un meccanico cercate solo la gentilezza e la cortesia, ma scarsa competenza, prezzi elevati, e nessuna assistenza post riparazione siete nel posto giusto. Se la macchina dopo pochi km che uscite da loro non va più ti rispondono che quando sei uscito da loro funzionava. Da EVITARE!
If you are looking for kindness and courtesy from a mechanic, but lack of competence, high prices, and no post-repair assistance, you are in the right place. If the car goes out after a few km from them it no longer responds to you that when you left them it worked. TO AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portavo regolarmente la mia auto, quando ho cambiato meccanico mi sono accorto che per il cambio olio sono sufficienti 3 kg e non 4,5 come mi veniva fatturato.
I regularly took my car, when I changed mechanics I realized that 3 kg are enough for the oil change and not 4.5 as I was billed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia Audi Q5 in questa officina per fare montare le gomme invernali e quando sono andato a prendere la mia auto, purtroppo dopo un pò di tempo, ho notato che i cerchi erano graffiati all'interno e precisamente dove vanno montati i piombi per la bilanciatura.
Hanno sicuramente usato una spazzola d'acciaio, cosa impensabile :-(. Sono andato da questi signori professionisti................a far notare quanto accaduto ed a ritirare le gomme che avevo in deposito.
Non mi vedranno più, nemmeno se fosse l'ultima officina sul pianeta.
Forse ho sbagliato a non chiedere in danni ma comunque sconsiglio vivamente chiunque a farsi servire da questi professionisti ....................
I brought my Audi Q5 to this workshop to have the winter tires mounted and when I went to get my car, unfortunately after some time, I noticed that the wheels were scratched inside and precisely where the leads are to be mounted for balancing.
They definitely used a steel brush, which was unthinkable :-(. I went to these professional gentlemen ................ to point out what happened and to collect the tires I had in storage area.
They won't see me again, even if it was the last workshop on the planet.
Maybe I was wrong not to ask for damages but still I strongly discourage anyone to be served by these professionals ....................
