Perfekte Location zur Besichtigung der Vatikanischen Museen und des Pertersdoms, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt ist die U-Bahnhaltestelle. In der Gegend sind sehr viele Restaurants und Cafés. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen! · Modern apartment, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Perfect location for visiting the Vatican Museums and the Perters Cathedral, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. 100 meters from the apartment is the metro station. In the area are many restaurants and cafes. We were very satisfied!

Consigliatissimo per una piacevole permanenza a Roma. Really very nice apartment, nice and clean. Practical area, close to the Vatican and equidistant from all the attractions of the capital. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Rome.

S	Sarah Doueihi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to cancel trip booked for July 2020 due to covid, owner promised a credit note for a year however it is now August 2021 and Australia is still in lockdown with closed borders. Owner is not responding to any emails about extending our credit note and refusing to give us our money back. Disgusting and greedy hotel! They have stolen my money!

However, due to Covid we had to cancel our month and a half European holiday. 80% of the hotels we had booked with completely understood our circumstances and refunded us. The 20% that couldn't refund us gave us vouchers. I am from Australia and we are still in lockdown due to covid and can not travel anywhere. We have asked our hotels for an extension on our vouchers and they all happily extended our vouchers. However, it sadness me to say that after numerous attempts to contact the host of this property to get an extension on our vouchers, I have not received any reply nor communication. It is very upsetting that I have had to resort to posting this review but customers should know of the terrible service and lack of empathy the owner of this property has. It felt like a fight to even get the voucher issued in the first place and the owner attempted to say it was my fault that I couldn't come. We are in a worldwide pandemic and this host showed no empathy and continues to do so by ignoring my emails and messages on booking.com. I am not asking for a refund all I am asking is for an extension of our voucher.
