L’appartamento è luminoso, spazioso e fornito di tutto quello che ti può servire o non hai pensato di mettere in valigia. Debora ed Andrea sono gentili e disponibili, ci sono perfino venuti a prendere in stazione vista l’ora tarda del nostro arrivo! Ma il vero motivo per cui ve lo consiglio è, oltre la fantastica posizione a due passi dalla metro, la pulizia che abbiamo trovato nell’appartamento. Sono molto pignola e spesso seleziono una casa vacanza solo in base a quanto mi sembra pulita e curata e devo dire che in questo caso non siamo rimaste deluse, merita 5 stelle, soprattutto i bagni! Ci ritorneremo. I stayed in this apartment with some friends to spend a weekend in Rome and we had a great time. The apartment is bright, spacious and equipped with everything you may need or have not thought about packing. Debora and Andrea are kind and helpful, they even came to pick us up at the station due to the late hour of our arrival! But the real reason why I recommend it is, besides the fantastic location a stone's throw from the metro, the cleanliness we found in the apartment. I am very fussy and often select a holiday home only on the basis of how clean and cared for it seems to me and I must say that in this case we were not disappointed, it deserves 5 stars, especially the bathrooms! We will be back.

L’appartamento era veramente pulitissimo, sanificato e all’interno vi è anche un purificatore dell’aria. L’appartamento oltre ad essere molto accogliente è provvisto di tutto. Gentilissimi e cordiali i proprietari Andrea e Debora. Ottima la posizione per spostarsi e ben servito. The apartment was really very clean, sanitized and inside there is also an air purifier. In addition to being very welcoming, the apartment is equipped with everything. L’appartamento si presentava pulitissimo, sanificato e veramente a due metri dalla fermata del metro ( Baldo degli Ubaldi) molto accogliente e provvisto di tutto il necessario E che dire , siamo stati benissimo e se ritorneremo a Roma il nostro appoggio sarà sempre Andrea I stayed with my family in this apartment managed by the owner Andrea, a very kind person, friendly and always attentive to our needs and above all very fast in solving any unexpected events. It was really clean and everything was brand new! And it was so close to the metro station! Also, the owners were so nice, gave us advice on what to visit or where to eat and their recommendations were the best:))
