ordino un giarotto pizzicato...preventivamente chiedo se e possibile riceverlo forato per il drenaggio dell'acqua..(risposta da una dipendente di nome Angela....certo che si può) ok mi manda il preventivo...effettuo il bonifico...attesa di 4/5 giorni...(penso è il tempo per fare il foro e altro...) conclusione arriva senza foro e con uno strano colore bianco (MA MI DICONO CHE E NORMALE QUINDI CI CREDO.).... comunque ricontatto la Signora Angela...che inia a inventare che nn ha seguito lei l'ordine e cose strane....a conclusione la sua soluzione è ( ci rimandi indietro il prodotto sotto la MIA responsabilità....nel senso che se si rompe durante il viaggio non vengo rimborsato) ALLUCINANTE...!!! Ricontatto l'azienda e mi riferiscono che verrò ricontattato dal dipendente che ha seguito il mio ordine....(sto ancora aspettando una loro chiamata ) riesco a parlare con questo SIGNORE che mi indica la soluzione secondo lui ideale....DEVO FARE IO IL FORO....ok...chiedo: però se nel forare si rompe? mi mandi una mail dove mi autorizza a forare il prodotto e se si rompe me lo restituisce.......vediamo poi se e il caso le mando l mail....!!! secondo loro sto ancora aspettando la mail......!!!!massima cortesia e professionalità COMPLIMENTI..

I contact the company again and they report that I will be contacted by the employee who followed my order .... (I am still waiting for their call) I can speak to this LORD who indicates the ideal solution according to him .... I MUST DO I THE HOLE .... ok ... I ask: but if in the drilling it breaks? send me an email where you authorize me to puncture the product and if it breaks it will return it to me ....... let's see if and if I send it the email .... !!! according to them I'm still waiting for the email ...... !!!! maximum courtesy and professionalism CONGRATULATIONS ..
