★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, die in Ruhe alles erklären. Viele Karten und Prospekte. Leider einen Stern Abzug, da das Büro umgezogen ist und Google nicht aktualisiert wurde.
Very friendly and courteous staff who explain everything in peace. Many maps and leaflets. Unfortunately, a star deduction, as the office has moved and Google has not been updated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accueil très sympathique avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. La personne que j'ai rencontrée a pris le temps de nous expliquer toutes les activités à faire dans la région. Elle nous a donné de nombreuses cartes détaillées, ce qui est plutôt rare en Italie du Nord. Bravo donc pour cet office de tourisme !
Very friendly welcome with a smile and good humor. The person I met took the time to explain all the activities to do in the region. She gave us many detailed maps, which is quite rare in northern Italy. Well done for this tourist office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che ormai Varese sia una città in progressiva e inarrestabile decadenza è evidente a tutti. È una vergogna però che nessuna amministrazione si stia preoccupando di invertire la rotta... e, per molti aspetti, basterebbe così poco! Un (altro) esempio: il cosiddetto Ufficio di Informazioni per i turisti (sigh!?). Oggi, sabato, nonostante il cartello che dà diverse indicazioni, è chiuso!!!!! In fondo, a cosa e a chi serve?!
That Varese is now a city in progressive and unstoppable decline is obvious to all. It is a shame, however, that no administration is bothering to reverse course ... and, in many respects, it would take so little! An (other) example: the so-called Tourist Information Office (sigh! ?). Today, Saturday, despite the sign giving different indications, it is closed !!!!! After all, what and who is it for ?!
