Clean rooms, helpful managers and above all they also recommended me some very fun routes in mtb.

Economico, ottima accoglienza, ottima sistemazione, abbondante colazione a buffet, con cucinotto attrezzato .tavoli e piscina esterna c'era la possibilità di cucinare.
Mai trovato un posto così.
Ottimo.

Cheap, great hospitality, great accommodation, abundant breakfast buffet, with a fitted kitchenette .tavoli and outdoor pool there was the opportunity to cook.
I never found a place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is perfect if you wanna go to le Cinque Terre, especially if you go by car.
We took a plane to Genova from Paris and rent a car to get here. Its like 1 h away from the airport and hast plenty of parking space which was perfect.
Got there after lunchtime on a thursday and as we got there the owner helped us with all advices we needed to our stay was great.
Breakfast was okay, big enough to get full, maybe living in Paris I missed some fresh croissants or stuff like that, but they cooked a pie everynight so we could enjoy it in the morning so it was pretty good too.
The room is clean, very big and all good. We used blankets, even tho it was warm during the day, I guess they shall switch on the heating a bit.
The location was perfect, around 30 mins from Riomaggiore and 45 from Monterosso so all was so close from us.
Besides they had a nice garden with BBQ and swimmingpool.
I will recommend my friends to stay here because it was also super cheap (170 euros for three nights was top).
PS- they gave us some restaurant advices and THEY WERE ALL PERFECT.
PS2- they didnt have the WIFI working, I recommend them to get it working :-)

Breakfast area with tea/coffee, outdoor kitchen and grill, a very nice pool with tables chairs and beds to catch some sun.
