★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo estrema necessità di smettere di fumare: dita gialle e fiato cortissimo. Mi sono fatto suggerire Vapers Cloud da un amico e lì ho incontrato Mariano, un ragazzo gentilissimo e competente che mi ha introdotto nel mondo dello "svapo" assistendomi sull'acquisto, sul liquido migliore per la mia condizione, sull'utilizzo della sigaretta, montaggio e smontaggio. Mi ha convinto talmente tanto che appena mi si è rotta la mia JustFog 16 (mi si è spaccato il vetrino) non avevo dubbi su a chi rivolgermi. E difatti con un'opera chirurgica Mariano mi ha aiutato a sistemare il vetrino (come si vede in foto) e ancora una volta mi ha salvato. Insomma, il punto vendita come andrebbe inteso.
 I had an extreme need to stop smoking: yellow fingers and very short breath. I had a friend suggest Vapers Cloud and there I met Mariano, a very kind and competent guy who introduced me to the world of "vape" assisting me on the purchase, on the best liquid for my condition, on the use of the cigarette, assembly and disassembly. It convinced me so much that as soon as my JustFog 16 broke (the glass slide broke) I had no doubt about who to turn to. And in fact with a surgical work Mariano helped me to fix the slide (as seen in the photo) and once again saved me. In short, the point of sale should be understood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativissima di lunedì 14 febbraio: entro e chiedo una sigaretta elettronica simile a quella che avevo e che si è rotta cadendo. Il commesso, affatto disponibile ma piuttosto frettoloso (nel negozio eravamo in 2, non 100), mi propone una e-cig che dice essere «uguale» a quella che gli sto mostrando. Ovviamente non era così e finisco col chiedere il suo aiuto per capire il montaggio. Lui stesso la monta, sempre con fare scocciato. Nel frattempo aveva servito un altro ragazzo che si trovava evidentemente alle prime esperienze. Anche in questo caso, dopo le EVIDENTI difficoltà del cliente, viene richiesto il suo aiuto che viene dato dietro battute sull'incapacità dei presenti... Il commesso sembrava si trovasse lì per caso o per fare altro che vendere un prodotto. Sia io che il mio amico (che mi accompagnava) abbiamo avuto l'impressione di disturbare. Alla fine pago la mia e-cig senza provarla (prima volta che mi capita!) e scarica. Risultato: la e-cig è malfunzionante e mi è toccato prenderne un'altra in un negozio più serio...
Negativissima experience of Monday, February 14: within and I ask for an electronic cigarette similar to the one I had and that it has broken falling. The salesman seemed to be there by chance or to do nothing but sell a product. Both me and my friend (who accompanied me) we had the impression to disturb. In the end I pay my e-cig without trying it (first time it happens to me!) And downloading. Result: the e-cig is malfunctioning and I had to take another one in a more serious shop ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito, con un vasto assortimento e organizzato anche per il comfort del cliente. Il ragazzo che ci lavora sa metterti a tuo agio mentre ti illustra liquidi, coil e tutto quello che si può trovare in un negozio di svapo.
Ci passo volentieri anche solo per un saluto e quattro chiacchiere quando mi trovo in zona, Mariano è una garanzia di affidabilità.

Store well stocked with a wide assortment and also arranged for customer comfort. The guy who works there knows how to put you at ease while he shows you liquids, coils and everything you can find in a vape shop.
I will gladly pass by just for a greeting and a chat when I am in the area, Mariano is a guarantee of reliability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo negozio nel cuore di Napoli è stata una piacevole scoperta. E' presente una vasta scelta ma, soprattutto, il personale è molto professionale. Il commesso è sempre sorridente, cortese, molto disponibile ad ascoltare, a fornire consigli su misura e a far fare tutte le prove necessarie affinché il cliente esca soddisfatto al 100%, anche il più indeciso (come me!). In caso di problemi il personale è sempre pronto a fornire soluzioni in tempi brevi.
This shop in the heart of Naples was a pleasant discovery. There is a wide choice but, above all, the staff is very professional. The salesman is always smiling, courteous, very willing to listen, to provide tailored advice and to have all the necessary tests done so that the customer comes out 100% satisfied, even the most undecided (like me!). In case of problems the staff is always ready to provide solutions in a short time.
