★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In tanti anni di professione non avevo mai riscontrato tanta incompetenza e maleducazione,addirittura sono arrivati alle offese telefoniche,invitandomi prima a cercare i loro pacchi (spediti chissà dove) poi ad andare in pensione...no comment.
 In many years of profession I had never encountered such incompetence and rudeness, they even got to the telephone offenses, inviting me first to look for their packages (sent who knows where) then to retire ... no comment.
