I ragazzi sono stati molto gentili e dolci con i miei cani ,soprattutto cn il mio dogo argentino che essendo una razza particolare nessuno lo aveva mai voluto lavare.

The boys were very kind and sweet with my dogs, especially with my Argentine dogo which, being a particular breed, no one had ever wanted to wash it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza bruttissima... Arrivo in toeletta all'orario di appuntamento, mi fanno sedere in stanzina vicino all'ambulatorio (vuoto). Attendo 10 minuti, esce credo la proprietaria, dicendomi a malo modo che oggi non poteva lavare il mio cane perché stava sola e non poteva fare tutto lei, dicendomi che l'appuntamento era stato spostato (senza mai comunicarmi né giorno né ora) e oltretutto non si è degnata né di scusarsi né di avere un tono educato!!! Concludo che prima di uscire fuori e fare la sparata maleducata, mi allontanava dalla stanzina (in cui lei stessa mi aveva fatto accomodare) dicendomi che non ci potevo stare perché il mio cane, abbaiando, disturbava l'ambulatorio vuoto. Consiglio alla proprietaria... Il lavoro è fatto di sacrifici e buona educazione, di toelette per fortuna ce ne sono tante, ma se questo lavoro non fa per lei, è meglio che impari la buona educazione e si armi di pazienza. Ripeto... Esperienza pessima, pessima, pessima.
Very bad experience ... I arrive in the bathroom at the appointment time, they make me sit in the little room near the clinic (empty). I wait 10 minutes, I think the owner comes out, telling me badly that today she could not wash my dog because she was alone and could not do everything herself, telling me that the appointment had been moved (without ever communicating to me neither day nor time) and moreover she did not deign neither to apologize nor to have a polite tone !!! I conclude that before going out and making the rude shot, she would move me away from the room (where she herself had made me sit) telling me that I could not stay there because my dog, barking, disturbed the empty clinic. Advice to the owner ... Work is made up of sacrifices and good education, luckily there are many toilets, but if this job is not for you, it is better that you learn good manners and be patient. I repeat ... Bad, bad, bad experience.
