Ho chiesto la gentilezza di tenermeli più lunghi davanti e le foto di riferimento erano di un mio vecchio caschetto cotto dietro e lungo davanti, più una foto che non posso pubblicare perché di una persona trovata su internet. Volevo un taglio tipo quello ma un pochino più scalato ma non credevo sarei tornata con lo scalato così tanto corto e tondo sulla testa. Ho provato a segnalare che mi sembravano molto diversi dalla foto e troppo corti (non tanto la lunghezza totale ma lo scalato e il davanti) ma mi è stato detto che erano uguali alla foto. Non me la sono sentita di contestare perché potevo sbagliarmi, così ho provato a tornare a casa a bagnarli e sistemarli ma proprio non c'entrano niente e non mi piacciono. Il personale è stato gentile e carino con me, quindi le due stelle sono per quello. Per il resto per 18 euro di piega e 27 di taglio mi aspettavo di uscire non contenta, ma di più. Mi dispiace solo che non si possa nemmeno rimediare perché ormai sono troppo corti. Ringrazio di avere una ricrescita veloce. I didn't feel like contesting because I could be wrong, so I tried to go home to wet them and fix them but they just have nothing to do with them and I don't like them. The staff were nice and nice to me, so the two stars are for that. For the rest, for 18 euros to fold and 27 to cut, I expected to go out not happy, but more. I'm just sorry that it can't even be fixed because they are too short by now. Thank you for having a fast regrowth.
