★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbastanza deludente. Abbiamo contattato l'assistenza per avere delle cerniere di ricambio per alcuni box doccia del nostro Hotel. Abbiamo avuto un problema di compatibilità col pezzo di ricambio e l'azienda ci ha indirizzato sul suo rappresentante per il lazio il quale ci ha caldamente scaricato e offeso telefonicamente invitandoci a contatatre un legale...per un pezzo da neanche 150 euro! Chiamata nuovamente l'azienda per l'episodio accaduto ci avrebbero tenuto al corrente della situazione. Risultato? Non ci hanno più contattato e, per evitare ti tenere troppo a lungo la camera ferma, abbiamo direttamente sostituito tutto il gruppo box doccia da altro fornitore.
Spiace constatare un comportamento simile, aldila dei prodotti, talvolta scadenti, avere un fornitore con una buona assitenza per un hotel è d'obbligo. Peccato, abbiamo iniziato la ristrutturazione di altre 15 camere a Roma ma vireremo su fornitori piu seri.

Quite disappointing. We contacted the assistance to get some spare hinges for some shower boxes in our hotel. We had a compatibility problem with the spare part and the company directed us to its representative for Lazio who warmly downloaded and offended us by telephone inviting us to contact a lawyer ... for a piece of not even 150 euros! Calling the company again for the incident they would have kept us informed of the situation. Result? They have not contacted us anymore and, to avoid keeping the room still for too long, we have directly replaced the entire shower cubicle from another supplier.
Sorry to see a similar behavior, beyond the products, sometimes poor, having a supplier with good assistance for a hotel is a must. Too bad, we have started the renovation of another 15 rooms in Rome but we will turn to more serious suppliers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotto oggettivamente rilevato come difettoso. Pannello doccia "esploso" spontaneamente dopo 7 mesi dall'installazione, senza agenti esterni che hanno causato il fenomeno. Azienda non disponibile a fornire garanzia, pezzi di ricambi e una soluzione al problema. Prodotto bello esteticamente ma forse troppo economico e scadente.
Product objectively found to be defective. Shower panel "exploded" spontaneously 7 months after installation, without external agents that caused the phenomenon. Company not available to provide warranty, spare parts and a solution to the problem. Aesthetically beautiful product but perhaps too cheap and poor.
