Oltre a trovare frutta e verdura seguendo scrupolosamente le stagionalitá, Vanessa vi propone periodicamente carni selezionate, conserve, formaggi, miele eccetera, ma quello che più caratterizza il posto è la possibilità di scoprire nuove ricette, di imparare tecniche di conservazione, di confrontarsi sui benefici di ogni prodotto o semplicemente fare quattro chiacchiere all'interno della compagnia che viene a crearsi quotidianamente. La ciliegina sulla torta sono le sporadiche ma indimenticabili battute scambiate con Valerio, marito di Vanessa che con professionalità e simpatia alterna il lavoro nei campi alla preparazione di piatti "pronti da mangiare" o "semi lavorati" che uniscono la bontá dei loro prodotti alle esigenze di chi ha meno tempo da dedicare in cucina. Personalmente trovo i loro prodotti sempre di eccellente qualità e freschezza. Fattore importantissimo a mio avviso, è l'uso dell acqua di irrigazione che viene dal sottosuolo, che è della stessa vena che serve le sorgenti della zona, pertanto di ottima qualità. In ultimo, ma non meno d'importanza, è la cortesia e l'accoglienza che i proprietari riserbano ai nuovi e vecchi clienti. Azienda vivamente consigliata.
