M	Marco Marello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ottimo locale. Anni fa trascorsi una piacevolissima serata di compleanno presso questo lounge bar e devo dire mi trovai benissimo. Personale professionale e molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Lo consiglio molto per ritrovarsi la sera tra amici oppure in coppia. Si gode di una piacevole atmosfera A great venue. Years ago I spent a very pleasant birthday evening at this lounge bar and I must say I had a great time. Professional staff who are very attentive to customer needs. I highly recommend it to meet in the evening with friends or as a couple. It enjoys a pleasant atmosphere

Siamo stati praticamente cacciati: ci hanno servito dei caffé per far accomodare dei clienti mentre noi eravamo seduti. Assurdo! Avrebbero potuto benissimo chiederci semplicemente di liberare il tavolo. Per non dire altro...Un aperitivo servito senza stuzzichini (ce li hanno portati solo dopo averli chiesti e le pizzette immagino fossero del giorno prima. Non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di assaggiarle). Sconsigliato. Tremendously rude. Too bad not being able to enter 0 stars. We were practically kicked out: they served us coffee to accommodate customers while we were seated. Absurd! They could very well have just asked us to clear the table. To say the least ... An aperitif served without appetizers (they brought them to us only after asking for them and I guess the pizzas were from the day before. We didn't have the courage to try them). Not recommended.

Poi un altra cosa dovevamo andare nel bagno e ci hanno detto che dovevamo consumare (noi stavamo consumando fuori al tavolino) comunque gli abbiamo detto che stavamo fuori e poi siamo andati nel bagno. Dovevamo riandare una seconda volta nel bagno e dinuovo l'interrogatorio... " Ragazzi per andare nel bagno dovete prima consumare " noi " guarda che noi stiamo fuori ed é la seconda volta che ve lo diciamo" comunque alla fine ci fa andare nel bagno. Pessima esperienza a parte che il caffè l'unica volta che sono andato in questo bar non lo facevano perché dicevano avevano qualche problema. Poi il tizio dentro scortese per andare nel bagno faceva l'interrogatorio. Vabbè posso capire la prima volta ma la seconda che già la prima volta ti abbiamo detto che stavamo fuori a tavolino a consumare... When I went there in the evening. On Saturday night the coffee didn't do it for some reason. Then another thing we had to go to the bathroom and they told us we had to consume (we were eating out at the table) anyway we told him we were out and then we went to the bathroom. We had to go back a second time in the bathroom and again the questioning ... "Guys to go to the bathroom you must first consume" we "look at us being outside and it is the second time we tell you" anyway in the end he makes us go to the bathroom . Bad experience aside from the fact that the only time I went to this bar was not having coffee because they said they had some problems. Then the rude guy to go to the bathroom did the interrogation. Oh well I can understand the first time but the second that already the first time we told you that we were outside a table to consume ...

Dopo averli fatti porta indietro mi ritornano identici.. penso che il Barman sia al quanto incopetente After asking for 2 drinks which I always drink which so I know well how they are made, I get 2 drinks not far from the ones I asked for. After making them, bring them back to me they come back identical .. I think the Barman is quite incompetent
F	Francesco Altini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese, (ma in Campania non erano famosi per la proverbiale ospitalità e gentilezza?), mi è stato fatto uno scontrino per il totale nonostante fossimo in 4 e avessimo preso 2 cose distinte. Aperitivo con noccioline e altre 2 cose messe in croce, (tipo bar primi anni 80) e per finire scontrino sbagliato di 10 euro con colpa data al ragazzo di colore che serve ai tavoli. Dire non tornerò più è evidente... non sono Casertano, lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti. Very rude staff, (but in Campania they weren't famous for the proverbial hospitality and kindness?), I was given a receipt for the total even though there were 4 of us and we had taken 2 distinct things. Aperitif with peanuts and 2 other things put on the cross, (like a bar from the early 80s) and finally a wrong receipt of 10 euros with the fault given to the black boy serving at the tables. Saying I will never come back is evident ... I'm not Casertano, I strongly advise against it at all.

Il locale è bello ma ci sono dei disagi che abbiamo riscontrato; la prima cosa che ho notato, che ovviamente non dipende dai proprietari, è la presenza costante di una ragazzina di origine nomade (che ci ha tossiti addosso) in cerca di qualche moneta, la loro presenza è stata costante per tutta la serata. Altro aspetto negativo, è la costante presenza al tavolo del cameriere che cercava di toglierci i bicchieri in modo insistente. Il resto tutto perfetto, sia per la celerità del servizio offerto sia per quanto riguarda i prezzi; offerta accettabile anche per la stuzzicheria, peccato che non avevo nulla da stuzzicare perché dopo la prima consumazione il cameriere ha preso tutto prima del termine. Ci sono delle cose da rivedere ma è un buon loungebar. Vanart cafè is a loungebar located in the center of Caserta. The place is nice but there are some inconveniences that we have encountered; the first thing I noticed, which obviously does not depend on the owners, is the constant presence of a girl of nomadic origin (who coughed at us) looking for some coins, their presence was constant throughout the evening. Another negative aspect is the constant presence at the table of the waiter who insistently tried to remove our glasses. The rest all perfect, both for the speed of the service offered and as regards the prices; acceptable offer also for the appetizer, too bad I had nothing to tease because after the first drink the waiter took everything before the end. There are some things to review but it is a good loungebar.
