Avendo una casa nuova necessitavo di fare il giardino da zero e ho scelto lui perchè nonostante i prezzi fossero in linea con il mercato, ero rimasto colpito positivamente dalla sua gentilezza iniziale nel fornire consulenza e fare il preventivo in tempi rapidi. Purtroppo una volta assegnato il lavoro, costui ha completamente cambiato atteggiamento.
Si è presentato per il lavoro dicendo in modo seccato che alcune attività minori promesse durante i sopralluoghi non erano inclusi pertanto non li avrebbe fatti.
Il prato è cresciuto diversi mesi dopo con evidenti chiazze prive di erba. Dopo i miei svariati tentativi di fargli sistemare il cattivo lavoro si è limitato a buttare un po' di concime secco che ovviamente non ha sortito alcun effetto.
Le piante da siepe sono state piantate troppo vicine alle recinzioni e troppo poco in profondità pertanto alcune sono morte pochi mesi dopo. Alcune sono state sostituite da lui su mia insistenza ma sempre senza successo perchè grazie a un altro professionista ho scoperto che le siepi morivano perché erano state piantate sopra un fondo di cemento armato che sostiene il muro. Dopo mie continue telefonate senza risposta, lui si è presentato finalmente in casa con fare molto arrogante sostenendo che ero io che non davo abbastanza acqua alle piante in estate e che lui non era responsabile di come vanno le cose una volta che ha fatto il suo lavoro, quindi lui era esonerato da qualsiasi responsabilità.
Insomma una grande delusione a livello professionale e umano nonché un grande spreco di soldi.
 Bad experience.
Having a new house I needed to do the garden from scratch and I chose him because although the prices were in line with the market, I was positively impressed by his initial kindness in providing advice and making an estimate quickly. Unfortunately, once the job was assigned, he completely changed his attitude.
He showed up for the job saying annoyed that some minor activities promised during the site inspections were not included so he wouldn't do them.
The lawn grew several months later with noticeable grass-free patches. After my several attempts to get him to fix the bad work he just threw some dry fertilizer which obviously had no effect.
Hedge plants were planted too close to fences and too shallow so some died a few months later. Some were replaced by him at my insistence but always without success because thanks to another professional I discovered that the hedges died because they had been planted on a reinforced concrete base that supports the wall. After my constant unanswered phone calls, he finally showed up at the house very arrogantly claiming that it was I who was not giving enough water to the plants in the summer and that he was not responsible for how things go once he did his job. , therefore he was exonerated from any responsibility.
In short, a great disappointment on a professional and human level as well as a great waste of money.
