★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da non credere. Dopo 2 giorni riporto le scarpe regalate a mia moglie perché si stava staccando già il tacco e loro si rifiutano non solo di cambiarle ma anche di provvedere alla riparazione. Pessima qualità delle scarpe e pessimo servizio

C'e' scritto made in italy ma la qualità di queste scarpe è pari a quella che si ha nei negozi cinesi con la differenza che i costi sono piu' elevati.
Dopo aver comprato in saldo un paio si stivali a 99 euro ( prezzo senza saldi era 159 euro), mi sono trovata a dover far rifare a mie spese le suole ( 22 euro), perche' dopo averli indossati per qualche ora mi si sono completamente rovinate.
Sono tornata in negozio facendo presente il problema e mi è stato risposto che " è normale che si rovinino " e di rifarmi a mie spese le suole.
Credo che sia inconcepibile che dopo qualche ora le suole siano già da rifare!!!
Per cui attenzione se comprate scarpe "vamp".
Atteggiamento del negozio di fronte a questo problema veramente pessimo.
Cura del cliente pari a zero.
Troppo facile essere gentili quando il cliente compra e fregarsene quando la merce venduta è difessosa e di scarsa qualita!

It is written made in Italy but the quality of these shoes is equal to that found in Chinese shops with the difference that the costs are higher.
After buying a pair of boots at € 99 (price without sales was € 159), I found myself having to do my own soles (22 euro), because after having worn them for a few hours I completely ruined.
I went back to the store, pointing out the problem and I was told that "it's normal to get ruined" and to redeem the soles at my expense.
I think it is inconceivable that after a few hours the soles have already been redone !!!
So be careful if you buy "vamp" shoes.

Zero customer care.
It's too easy to be kind when the customer buys and not mind when the merchandise is defective and of poor quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre alla "simpatia" e "cortesia" non tanto della signora che mi serviva ma della collega che senza motivo si è intromessa mi sono ritrovata sullo scontrino i 20 centesimi del sacchetto (non certo per la cifra ma senza chiedermi assolutamente se lo volevo, ho sempre almeno una borsa di stoffa in borsa!)
D'altra parte quando per lavoro ho dovuto andare nel retro del negozio ricordo bene le storie fatte!
Da dimenticare, spero almeno che il sandalo (davvero carino) faccia una buona riuscita
In addition to the "sympathy" and "courtesy" not so much of the lady I needed but of the colleague who for no reason interfered, I found the 20 cents of the bag on the receipt (certainly not for the amount but without asking myself if I wanted it, I always at least one cloth bag in the bag!)
On the other hand, when for work I had to go to the back of the shop I remember the stories well!
To forget, I hope at least that the sandal (really nice) makes a good result
