Su 4 biciclette, per un valore di ben €.56,00 buoni,2 erano in pessime condizioni con un cambio,che su 4 ore di noleggio,2 passate a rimettere la catena.......praticamente giornata rovinata...... Dare una stella è un regalo troppo consistente!!Forse sarebbe meglio dare delle biciclette in ordine alla partenza invece di mandare un furgone con operatore annesso per sostituire in corsa biciclette non funzionanti......magari economicamente vi costa meno!!!!Per poi sentirsi dire che sono cose che capitano???Ai disorganizzati forse.............buona vita.

On 4 bicycles, worth a good € .56.00 coupons, 2 were in very poor condition with a change, which on 4 hours of rental, 2 passed to put back the chain ....... practically ruined day .. .... Giving a star is too consistent a gift !! Perhaps it would be better to give some bicycles in order to the departure instead of sending a van with adjoining operator to replace running bicycles not working ...... maybe economically it costs you less !!!! Then to be told that things are happening ??? To the disorganized perhaps ............. good life.

Assistenza testata di persona in quanto abbiamo bucato con delle mtb elettriche e sono venuti a prenderci nonostante orario sforato e totalmente fuori dal percorso del Brenta.
Young team with high availability, the prices are excellent if only you compare them with other locations such as Lake Garda.
Assistance tested in person as we had a laundry with electric mtb and they came to pick us up despite the overrun schedule and totally out of the Brenta route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo le indicazioni che ci hanno dato per prendere il treno di ritorno, non erano corrette.
L'autobus che doveva sostituire il treno delle 18:00 che non partiva dalla stazione, ma da una fermata nel centro del paese (indicato in giallo nella brochure) non è arrivato. Al contrario del treno che non abbiamo potuto prendere ... e pertanto siamo dovuti rientrare molto più tardi.
Unfortunately, the directions they gave us to take the train back were not correct.
The bus that was supposed to replace the 18:00 train that did not depart from the station, but from a stop in the town center (indicated in yellow in the brochure) did not arrive. Unlike the train that we could not take ... and therefore we had to return much later.
