Nonostante fossi un privato che ha contattato l'azienda per richiedere informazioni tecniche per un malfunzionamento che il rivenditore e l'installatore non riuscivano a risolvere la Valsir non ha esitato a inviarmi un tecnico direttamente dalla sede che con grande professionalità ha risolto l'inconveniente spiegandomi il problema.
Sono rimasto davvero stupito dall'interesse mostrato dall'azienda e per l'efficace ed efficiente servizio post vendita, il tutto senza esborso di denaro.
Contentissimo di aver scelto un loro prodotto.

Although I was a private individual who contacted the company to request technical information for a malfunction that the dealer and the installer were unable to solve, Valsir did not hesitate to send me a technician directly from the office who solved the problem with great professionalism by explaining to me the problem.
I was really amazed by the interest shown by the company and by the effective and efficient after-sales service, all without having to pay any money.

And confirm with your employee several time whether or not your product can be used outdoor before we pay. Your emplyee confirm that your product can be used outdoor. But check how bad it is now? And the funy thing is when we report this to your local Agent. They told us it is not your problem. This is rediculous! Please help to resolve this problem before all the clients lose trust of your brand!
