★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti pessimo, ho ormai attivato più di 5 linee con loro e credo che non ne attiverò più.. Nella migrazione della sede principale siamo rimasti 2 settimane senza telefono, in altri casi invece ritardi nelle attivazioni e altro che ha comportato danni economici all'azienda.. Inoltre il loro commerciale promette di chiamare/fornire altre informazioni ma alla fine non si fa nemmeno sentire e non risponde alle chiamate..
Bad customer service, I have now activated more than 5 lines with them and I believe that I will not activate them anymore .. In the migration of the main office we were 2 weeks without a telephone, in other cases instead delays in activations and other that caused economic damage to the company .. Also their salesman promises to call / provide other information but in the end he does not even make himself heard and does not answer calls ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ raramente faccio recensioni ma questa volta la faccio perche' ho incontrato delle persone tecnicamente competenti , abbiamo sistemato la telefonia e attivato degli sconti , cambiato il centralino e sto vedendo anche delle mie due stampanti che devo cambiare poi hanno risolto i problemi di sicurezza dopo l'attacco haker che avevo subito , li consiglio perche' con un'unico appuntamento si parla di tutto e agenzie cosi professionali sono sempre piu' rare , grazie di nuovo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo! Hanno avuto tanta fretta di farmi firmare il contratto e una linea telefonica mobile non è mai stata attivata nonostante i miei continui solleciti! Ho chiamato il 191 e mi hanno risposto che tale linea non era attivabile perchè non leggibile il codice della vecchia SIM, stupendosi del fatto che nessuno dell'azienda, nell'ultimo mese, me l'avesse comunicato! Peccato che si debba mettere almeno una stella per pubblicare un commento, perchè non meriterebbero nemmeno quella!
Bad service! They were in such a hurry to get me to sign the contract and a mobile phone line was never activated despite my constant reminders! I called 191 and they replied that this line could not be activated because the code of the old SIM was not readable, amazed that no one from the company had communicated it to me in the last month! Too bad you have to put at least one star to post a comment, because they don't even deserve that!
