Ho contattato telefonicamente la "Valocchia spurghi" per richiedere un intervento presso la mia abitazione, sono stata trattata a pesci in faccia senza una ragione...
Il Sig. che mi ha risposto era palesemente infastidito dalla mia chiamata, ha sottolineato con tono PREPOTENTE che aveva molto da fare, che non aveva tempo... Pensate mi sono sentita io in difetto per averlo disturbato!!! Senza parole.
Mi sento di consigliarvi di rivolgervi a qualcun altro.
L'inciviltà, a mio avviso, va combattuta.
Forse perdendo la clientela il buon uomo si ravvederà un attimino, farà un mea culpa e magari cercherà di essere cortese e disponibile verso i clienti.
