Hanno lasciato un intero bancale sulla strada senza avvisarmi telefonicamente prima (dopo avergli comunicato ripetutamente anche per iscritto il riferimento telefonico), creando un grande disagio e al servizio clienti non si sono neanche giustificati. Procederò alla segnalazione direttamente in UK.
I used this forwarder through Palletways to send an important quantity of 7 quintals of material. PESSIMO service. Not only late but also incompetent. They left an entire pallet on the road without telling me by telephone first (after repeatedly communicating the telephone reference in writing), creating great inconvenience and customer service were not even justified. I will report directly to the UK.
