Oltre alla immediata disponibilità dimostrata dal personale sono rimasto positivamente colpito dalla possibilità di avere l'assistenza sui prodotti anche dopo la scadenza del periodo di garanzia, a differenza di altri negozi e grandi magazzini dove una volta che hai pagato non sei praticamente più seguito, e ti devi arrangiare praticamente da solo. Consigliata!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another view... unlike other reviews, I found the service here cold to indifferent. I particularly made an effort to locate this store based on reviews. My Italian is terrible I know but the owner seemed so disinterested that I gave up trying. The store has a wonderful array of interesting travel products and well displayed, but I wasn’t able to solve my problem. Perhaps the store does so well with locals they don’t need to try with visitors to the city.
