F	Francesca Russi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima visita comprensiva di ecografia durata venti minuti (di cui i primi cinque il medico si é dilungato nel parlarmi di una cosa non pertinente al motivo per cui ero lì). Sul finire della visita sembrava anche avere fretta ma tutto sommato é stata sufficiente. Al momento del pagamento, la segretaria si é lasciata andare ad uno sfogo tacciandomi ed urlandomi di attendere per il semplice motivo che essendo lì da più di dieci minuti ho chiesto di poter pagare al volo (la signora prima di me ne aveva ancora per molto).La stessa si é poi scusata e l'ho apprezzato, ma ritengo che in uno studio medivo si ha a che fare con dei malati e non ci si puó lasciare andare a sfoghi di quel tipo. Ad ogni modo, non credo torneró. First visit including ultrasound lasted twenty minutes (of which the first five the doctor spoke to me about something not relevant to the reason why I was there). At the end of the visit he also seemed to be in a hurry but all in all it was enough. At the time of payment, the secretary let herself go to an outburst, keeping me silent and screaming at me to wait for the simple reason that having been there for more than ten minutes I asked to be able to pay on the fly (the lady before me still had some for a long time) The same then apologized and I appreciated it, but I believe that in a medical study you have to deal with the sick and you can not let yourself go to outbursts of that type. Anyway, I don't think I'll be back.

Muovendomi spesso tra ospedali e studi privati, ho notato che i loro macchinari sono tutti di ultima generazione. Ho chiamato direttamente in studio, è stato facilissimo, per prenotare con la D.ssa Thorel che ha saputo fin da subito mettermi a mio agio. Mi sono sentito capito e rassicurato... una cosa che mai mi era successa. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff! If I have to rely on someone, I always know who to turn to: Studio Valeo! They are the absolute top, the best in Rome for professionalism and price! Moving often between hospitals and private offices, I noticed that their machines are all of the latest generation. I called directly to the studio, it was very easy, to book with Dr Thorel who was able to immediately put me at ease. I felt understood and reassured ... something that had never happened to me. Really compliments to all the staff!

Chi abita a Roma sa quanto è frustrante doversi muovere tra uno studio e l’altro, soprattutto se si hanno patologie complesse e diverse tra loro. Con Valeo ho avuto la possibilità di incrociare alcuni miei appuntamenti senza cambiare struttura. Rendere semplice un passaggio del genere ha facilitato tutto il mio percorso presso lo Studio, grazie anche allo staff che ha saputo trovarmi subito gli appuntamenti che mi servivano. For years I had been looking for a center like Valeo: a reality that could offer me a complete medical service, with a team of competent doctors covering all branches of medicine. Those who live in Rome know how frustrating it is to have to move between one study and another, especially if you have complex and different pathologies. With Valeo I had the opportunity to meet some of my appointments without changing structure. Mi preoccupo sempre quando devo fare qualunque tipo di visita, ma la Dott.ssa Abruzzese mi ha messo subito a mio agio, spiegandomi tutto con estrema precisione. Aggiungo inoltre che il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato incredibile! Grazie ancora alla Dott.ssa e a tutto il team che mi ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine!
