The online store has DREADFUL customer service. Emails that are not answered (I have sent 5 emails) and there is no phone number to ring.
I am in Australia and if I ring a local Valentino store... not their problem.
After 4 days my order is still "Processing" and I have absolutely no idea if/when it will be shipped and no one I can contact.
