★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminato il periodo di isolamento forzato, sono uscita dal mio bozzolo rigenerata, con una nuova consapevolezza e con un approccio diverso rispetto ad abitudini consolidate che in realtà non erano di vera soddisfazione, ma solo resistenza al cambiamento. In questo senso c’è stata anche una riflessione su chi si sarebbe dovuto prendere cura dei miei capelli da ora in poi: grazie al passaparola sono arrivata da Valentino senza alcuna titubanza ma sicuramente piena di aspettative.
Volevo fortemente dare nuova verve ai miei capelli rispettando il mio mosso naturale e la base castana che però necessita di una colorazione soft per via di diversi capelli bianchi.
Valentino è subito entrato in confidenza con i miei ricci non facili, ascoltando con attenzione le mie esigenze, e nel contempo massaggiando ciocche e cuoio capelluto con oli essenziali, regalandomi una parentesi di vero relax prima della colorazione e del taglio.
Sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta sia per l’alta professionalità di Valentino, sia per l’ambiente molto gradevole e la gentilezza di tutto il team.
 After the period of forced isolation, I left my regenerated cocoon, with a new awareness and with a different approach compared to established habits that were not really satisfying, but only resistance to change. In this sense there was also a reflection on who should have taken care of my hair from now on: thanks to word of mouth I arrived from Valentino without any hesitation but certainly full of expectations.
I really wanted to give my hair new verve respecting my natural blur and the brown base which however needs a soft coloring because of different white hair.
Valentino immediately became familiar with my not easy curls, listening carefully to my needs, and at the same time massaging locks and scalp with essential oils, giving me a parenthesis of true relaxation before coloring and cutting.
I was fully satisfied both for Valentino's high professionalism and for the very pleasant environment and the kindness of the whole team.
