A	Alice Martinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, dopo anni che non tornavo in questa pasticceria per spiacevoli inconvenienti avvenuti, sono entrata per fare una semplice merenda con mia nonna e il mio cagnolino in braccio (specifico che è un maltesino veramente piccolo e bravo). La cameriera dopo averci chiesto di aspettare poiché doveva chiedere alla titolare se potessimo entrare con il cane è tornata dicendoci che saremmo potute stare solo fuori… al freddo… e dovendoci auto-servire con un vassoio. Sono rimasta un po’ scettica ma all’inizio avevo accettato questa assurda opzione, finché non arriva la titolare che mi chiede se il cane non potessi lasciarlo in auto e al mio no, la signora mi congeda dicendomi che saremmo potute tornare una prossima volta senza il cane. Vorrei porre all’attenzione dei titolari della pasticceria che ormai da anni è consentito l’accesso agli animali domestici in qualsiasi luogo pubblico: bar, ristoranti, pub, ecc… E vorrei sottolineare che non era presente alcun cartello che sottolineasse il divieto di accesso ai cani. I would like to point out to the owners of the pastry shop that for years now pets have been allowed access to any public place: bars, restaurants, pubs, etc ... M	Mara M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aspettativa 1000…realtà meno di dieci. rapporto qualità prezzo orribile. le brioches sono enormi e con gusto discutibile. in una pasticceria in TEORIA dovrebbe essere tutto fresco e invece, la crema sembra vecchia di giorni e le brioches non sono da meno. non è possibile che alle 8 di mattina non ci siano le cose fresche! latte macchiato che costa 2,50€ e mi viene servito un latte sporco di caffè nemmeno caldo con neanche l’ombra della schiuma… piattini di carta orribili per le brioches e paletta in plastica per il caffè, mentre tazzine e piattini in ceramica…coerenza ? per non parlare che nel 2021 (quasi 2022) non posso pagare con la carta se non supero i 30 EURO!!! posto bellissimo ma tutto il resto lascia molto a desiderare , delusione totale. non torneremo più. expectation 1000… actually less than ten. horrible value for money. the brioches are huge and with questionable taste. in a pastry shop in THEORY everything should be fresh and instead, the cream seems days old and the brioches are no exception. it is not possible that at 8 in the morning there are no fresh things! latte macchiato which costs € 2.50 and I am served a dirty coffee latte not even hot with not even the shadow of foam ... horrible paper saucers for the brioches and a plastic spoon for the coffee, while ceramic cups and saucers… consistency? not to mention that in 2021 (almost 2022) I cannot pay by card if I do not exceed 30 EURO !!! beautiful place but everything else leaves a lot to be desired, total disappointment. we will never return.

Prendo una torta (pagata piu di 40 euro) e qualche pasticcino, il tutto prenotato ben 2 giorni prima. Allora la torta, assaggiata da 5 persone non e per niente piaciuta per non dire di peggio, i pasticcini non erano freschi per niente. Ho riportato indietro la torta e me l ha almeno sotituita con un altra, ma il problema e che quando gliel ho detto ha detto che era molto strano e oltretutto l ha assaggiata ed ha insistito nel dire che il gusto della torta e quello. Oltre a questo mi viene a dire che i pasticcini vengono fatti al momento....allora,io li li ho mangiati ancora i pasticcini e in questa Pasticceria se Capiti al momento giusto e. Ti danno le paste fresche sono anche buone, stavolta non e stato cosi e l hanno detto piu persone, quindi in conclusione 1. Non prendiamo in giro i clienti, 2 facciamo qualche corso di umiltà e 3 cambiate mestiere. Se almeno non mi prendevate in giro i risparmiavate la recensione. Almeno per la colazione, fa’ dei dolci che reputo spaziali, meglio anche della più famosa/più famose altre pasticcerie dei dintorni. Brioche leggere, piene di ripieno, una delizia. Allora dove sta il problema? Il problema sta che in settimana, vengono spesso date le paste del giorno precedente. Non che siano cattive, e sono il primo ad essere contro lo spreco, peró si capisce che sono del giorno precedente e non sono fresche. Questo secondo me vuol dire perdersi in un bicchier d’acqua. Perchè la pasticceria ha del potenziale, ma bisogna rendersi conto che se in settimana si lavora poco (almeno da quel che vedo) non è per l’antipatia della signora della cassa (che vedo in altre recensioni) che può esser discutibile, ma perché date le brioche del giorno prima e la gente dopo un po’ si stufa. Spero che questa recensione vi sia di incoraggiamento, e spero di poterla aggiornare presto, perchè ripeto, per me le vostre, sono le brioche più buone che io abbia mai mangiato!
