la cosa che mi ha colpito è la capacità in primis di ''ascoltare'' per poi intervenire, in modo preciso e nei momenti opportuni, sui punti nevralgici che si incontrano durante il percorso e che aprono la strada verso un miglioramento deciso su dubbi, insicurezze, comportamenti che influiscono, a tendere positivamente, sull'umore e sull'autostima;
