★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a Valentina per perdere i kg lasciati dalla gravidanza...ho trovato in lei innanzitutto la cosa più importante:l'ascolto di quelle che sono le mie esigenze e il mio stile di vita.
Il mio è stato ed è tutt'ora un percorso lineare,senza troppa fretta e affrontato con la massima serenità.
Il mio piano alimentare non è mai stato difficile da seguire e non è mai stato "triste",a differenza di quello che molti "professionisti" propongono.
I kg se ne sono andati seguendo semplicemente una corretta alimentazione,senza aiutino extra tipo beveroni o integratori.
Nutrizionista esperta e seria...consigliata!
