★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nato dalla passione e da un idea del Sig. Andrea Valenti, nel 1987, in seguito al conseguimento dell'Attestato di Merito per la “Produzione di Gelato Artigianale” rilasciato da Stefano Pernigotti & Figlio Spa e dopo il conseguimento del Diploma di Maestro Gelatiere.
Il suo obiettivo era quello di trasmettere ai clienti il gusto del buon gelato artigianale.
Per questo motivo si impegnava a migliorare sempre più il sapore del suo gelato, ascoltando i consigli, i gusti, le critiche ed i suggerimenti dei clienti.
Nel tempo la passione si trasforma in successo.
Altri tentano, senza successo, di imitarlo o carpire i segreti delle sue ricette. Ma è normale che un segreto resta un segreto.
Oggi la tradizione continua grazie al figlio Francesco, realizzando il miglior Gelato Artigianale.
Nello Staff è presente:
- Annalisa (Cake Designer) che realizza le migliori torte artistiche adatte per tutte le occasioni.
- Maria Angela, che s occupa della gestione dell'attività e del lato Colazioni e Caffetteria.
Born from the passion and an idea of Mr. Andrea Valenti, in 1987, following the attainment of the Certificate of Merit for the "Production of Artisan Gelato" issued by Stefano Pernigotti & Figlio Spa and after the achievement of the Diploma of Master Ice Cream Maker.
His goal was to convey to customers the taste of good homemade ice cream.
For this reason he undertook to improve the flavor of his ice cream more and more, listening to the advice, tastes, criticisms and suggestions of customers.
Over time, passion becomes success.
Others try, without success, to imitate it or to understand the secrets of its recipes. But it is normal that a secret remains a secret.
Today the tradition continues thanks to his son Francesco, creating the best Artisan Gelato.

- Annalisa (Cake Designer) who makes the best artistic cakes suitable for all occasions.
- Maria Angela, who is in charge of managing the business and the Breakfast and Cafeteria side.
