Sono entrata alle 19,00 e alle 20.10 non ero ancora entrata, dal momento che era zona rossa e alle 22,00 ci sarebbe stato il coprifuoco ho preferito andarmene. L'assistente si è limitata dicendo "scusaci per il ritardo", perché non dire che avrei dovuto aspettare?
In time of Covid I thought that the appointments had been single and instead the time slots were not respected in the least. I entered at 19.00 and at 20.10 I had not yet entered, since it was the red zone and at 22.00 there would be a curfew I preferred to leave. The assistant said "sorry for the delay", why not say that I would have to wait?
